Adventure Island's 30 acres contains a blend of water rides, outdoor cafes, picnic and sunbathing areas, gift shops, and a championship white-sand volleyball complex set within a Key West atmosphere.

Also known as Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, this 335-acre 19th century African-themed park opened on March 31, 1959 as a beer garden for the Tampa Anheuser-Busch brewery. The park is also an operating zoo with many animal attractions.

Channelside is a district just east of Downtown Tampa. Bordered by Ybor Channel on the east and Garrison Channel on the south, Channelside has become a popular entertainment and shopping destination.

El Centro Espanol was a organization of cigar workers in Ybor City and West Tampa. Build in 1912, members could use the building as a sort of club house or for amenities such as a gym, casino (game room), cafe, etc.

This site was developed into a botanical garden of rare and unusual plants as a result of many years of work by Albert Greensburg, who donated the site to Hillsborough County in 1967.

Sacred Heart is the oldest Catholic church, in the city of Tampa. Dedicated on January 15, 1905, the mostly Romanesque building includes a 135 foot dome, 17 stained glass windows, solid oak pews and doors, porcelain tiles, and a Carrara marble altar.

The S.S. American Victory is a World War II Victory ship which is now a working maritime museum. One of several Victory ships due to be scrapped, she was rescued for preservation and arrived at Tampa on 16 September 1999.

Don Vicente Martinez Ybor established the first cigar factory in Tampa, beginning what was to be the city's major export for decades. Ybor's friend, Gavino Gutierrez, laid out a street grid for the area which became Ybor City.

Henry Bradley Plant was a railroad tycoon of the 1880s. He built the Tampa Bay Hotel as a grand palace; it covers six acres and is a quarter-mile long. The Moorish theme was selected because of its exotic appeal to well traveled Victorians.

As the largest performing arts complex south of the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., the 290,000-square-foot (27,000 mē) Center opened in 1987 and provides an environment for a wide variety of world-class events.

Ybor City is a historic neighborhood located just northeast of downtown Tampa. It is known as Tampa's Latin Quarter. Portions of the old neighborhood have been designated as a National Historic Landmark District.

This is one of the remaining original cigar factories that made Tampa grow into a major city in the late 19th century. As part of the Ybor City neighborhood rebirth, it has been renovated and houses several shops and restaurants.
