Founded in 1978 by Dan Moore, the African American Panoramic Experience Museum (APEX) seeks to educate people about the depth and breadth of the African American experience and celebrates its unsung heroes.
Atlanta Cyclorama Building

The Atlanta History Center was founded in 1926. It has one of the largest collections of civil war artifacts in the world, and the Swan House and Tullie Smith Farm are located here.
Symbolic Olympiad Torch
Centennial Olympic Park was built for the Centennial 1996 Summer Olympics. The 21 acre (85,000 mē) public park is owned and operated by the Georgia World Congress Center Authority.
The Georgia State Capitol
Completed in 1889, this building still serves as the home to Georgia's General Assembly and contains the offices for the governor, lieutenant governor, and secretary of state.
